How to place an order?

You can place an order simply through our website for pre order. You may also place an order on our Instagram by selecting anything on our page or by sending us items to place your customised order.

Our delivery time is 20-25 days as all our items are imported from the United Arab Emirates.

Order returns and exchange

Return Policy

Refund will only occur if:

  1. The Wrong item was sent.
    2. The item was defective or unavailable from the manufacturing end.
    3. The item was damaged in shipping.

You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of the item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s) to the same payment method used while placing order. Incase of COD orders amount will be refunded in bank account provided by customer. 

Once your refund is approved it will take 10 days to process the Refund.

Please note that refunds will only be given on damaged items if a fresh piece is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged item, they can ask for a full refund by emailing us at support@boandlou.pk.

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery should they meet the exchange criteria

Items will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, and all tags are intact and packed in their original packing.

Delivery charges will not be included in the exchange amount and only Item value will be considered.

Customers need to send the item(s) back to us, please make sure to add a Note while returning the Order, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Once it is received and inspected by the quality assurance team, details will be shared for issuance of Voucher/ Store credit.

Delivery policy

At Bo & Lou, we prioritize the prompt delivery of your orders while ensuring the highest product quality. To maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional products, all items undergo rigorous quality inspections before dispatch. This enables us to offer our valued customers premium-quality merchandise. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a verification email for confirmation.

Please note that our orders are shipped only on business days, from Monday to Friday.

To avoid any delays in delivery, kindly provide us with your complete address and accurate contact details. Our courier partner will attempt to contact you using the provided telephone number before arranging the delivery. In the event that they are unable to reach you, the courier will return the parcel to Bo & Lou . Subsequently, we will make further efforts to contact you and arrange an alternative delivery.

The payment options available are:

  • Cash On Delivery
  • Online Bank transfer

At Bo & Lou, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience. In order to ensure the smooth operation of our Cash on Delivery (COD) service, we have implemented the following policy:

Eligibility for Cash on Delivery:

a. All orders below 15,000 Rupees (PKR) are eligible for Cash on Delivery.

b. Orders with a value exceeding 15,000 Rupees (PKR) are not eligible for Cash on Delivery and must be paid using an alternative payment method, such as credit card, debit card, or online transfer.

Failed Cash on Delivery Attempts:

a. In the event that a customer fails to receive their parcel on a Cash on Delivery order, our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer for successful delivery.

b. If, despite these attempts, the customer remains unavailable or unwilling to receive the parcel, our courier partner will return the package to Bo & Lou.

Consequences of Failed Cash on Delivery Attempts:

a. If a customer fails to receive their parcel on multiple Cash on Delivery orders, and our company receives a negative response from the courier regarding delivery attempts, Bo & Lou reserves the right to discontinue offering Cash on Delivery as a payment option for future orders placed by the customer.

b. The decision to discontinue Cash on Delivery will be communicated to the customer via email or any other appropriate means of communication.

Service Limitations in Remote Areas:

a. Bo & Lou offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan; however, there may be certain remote areas where our courier partner does not operate.

b. In such cases, customers residing in these remote areas will not have access to Cash on Delivery as a payment option.  They will be required to use alternative payment methods, such as credit card, debit card, or online transfer.
